Licensing Agreement The purchaser is granted a limited, nonexclusive license to use the source code, either as is, or as part of an application that they develop, with no further royalties or fees due ColumbuSoft. The only restriction is that only the executable, and not the source code itself, may be distributed. If purchasers of such applications desire the source code for their own use, they will have to purchase it directly from ColumbuSoft. There are no restrictions on distributing the documentation or help files.
