Accounting for Delphi is sold by module. The current pricing is US$500 for the first module purchased and US$350 for each additional module. There is also a discount for customers buying multiple modules at the same time: purchase all eleven modules and you'll only be charged for eight - purchase six modules and you'll only be charged for five. Note: The Administration and Main modules are included at no charge with any modules purchased.
We accept Visa and Mastercard or can ship C.O.D. to customers in the United States. There is no charge for overnight shipping in the U.S. Customers outside the U.S. may also pay by funds transfer to our bank. Contact us for our bank information when you're ready to order. To save our overseas customers the cost of shipping by courier, we normally send the source code electronically and send the invoice and diskettes via airmail as soon as payment has been confirmed.
When you purchase you'll receive:
- The complete source code for each module purchased.
- The source for the help files.
- End-user documentation in MSWord format.
- Unlimited technical support.
- Free updates for the first year. (Just Ask!)
- Status of bugs/enhancements updated almost daily, available for download at your convenience.
- A license agreement that permits you to resell your executables as many times as you like with no royalties (see License Agreement).
Note: Please evaluate the demo before you purchase. It is a fully functional system built from the same source code that we were shipping at the time it was compiled. We will be happy to answer any questions you have or even provide additional source code for your evaluation prior to your purchase. However, once we ship the complete the source code for the modules you order, all sales are final.
The suggested retail price (the price you would charge your customers) is $1250 per module, plus charges for modifications. This compares favorably with other high-end accounting systems and clients perceive the seamless integration with other Delphi applications as a large plus.
