1 onion -- finely chopped
1 stalk celery -- finely chopped
2 loaves white bread -- cubed
1 tablespoon chicken base
1 tablespoon sage
Saute onion and celery until translucent add chicken base and water (or chicken stock) to
cover. Simmer.
In large bowl, sprinkle bread with sage. Pour above mixture over bread and mix well. Stuff
poultry or bake in separate dish until done (about 1/2 hr at 350 degrees)
